Red Kite Coffee get's it's name from the red flag that used to be flown at the end of a cycling race, signifying the finish line was ahead. So the shop is wonderfully decked out in a biking theme with various tires, spokes and a fantastic 20 foot mural. They've selected two medium roast coffee's from Onyx as their primary roasts. The espresso uses their "Monarch" blend and their house coffee is the "Southern Weather." The pastries and lunch items comes from Onyx too and macaroons come from Alchemy.
