A major cable network is currently searching for couples and families who are taking on a $150,000+ renovation to create a family farm, update their home, a barn, historic property, large building, or cabin.

Downtown Bentonville Inc. has learned that this casting call is separate from the casting call for Fixer to Fabulous on HGTV.

Projects that will be considered:

-- A house with a commercial side to the build (example: A farm with a farmhouse, a barn, a cabin, or a play structure for the kids. (animals are a plus!)

-- A historic house and location being turned into bed and breakfast.

-- A larger historic property in Downtown Bentonville, such as a run-down construction build.
